Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Performance Improvement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for implementing performance improvement programs, analyzing data, and identifying areas for improvement. Your expertise will help us drive efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance our overall performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement performance improvement programs, including the Correction Action Process (CAP), Self-Assessment, Benchmarking, Operating Experience, Safety Culture, NSRB, and INPO-related activities.
  • Analyze site performance data and identify adverse trends using observations, CAP, self-assessment, benchmarking, OPEX, and performance indicator data.
  • Lead CAP investigations and support Incident Review (IR) reviews.
  • Manage performance indicators and respond to trends.
  • Prepare packages to support Performance Improvement (PI) meetings.
  • Participate in innovation and projects as assigned.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, with 2 years of relevant experience, or a High School Diploma with 6 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree with 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in PI/OR programs.
  • Previous SRO license/certification.
  • Root Cause Qualified.
