C4A is a 24-bed neonatal intensive care unit, specializing in the care of infants with Bronchopulmonary Dysplasia (BPD). Our team provides collaborative care to infants, with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:1 or 1:2 depending on the acuity and needs of the patient.
Responsibilities- Provides nursing care using a Family Centered approach.
- Assesses individualized patient needs and communicates care needs and priorities to assigned staff.
- Plans, implements, educates, and evaluates care using Evidence-Based Practices.
- Engages in the workplace community by staying aware of changes, participating in data collection or auditing, understanding Quality Improvement, and representing staff at relevant meetings.
- Education: BSN.
- Licensure: Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio.
- Certifications: Current CPR certification required. Must be willing to obtain and maintain NRP, PALS, ACLS, APHON or other necessary certification as determined by your manager based on business unit.
