As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of civil engineering projects, including stormwater management, hydraulic analyses, solid waste, remediation, and sustainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead or support civil or environmental projects or tasks, including earthwork/grading, stormwater, wastewater, remediation, waste management, and restoration.
  • Prepare reports, studies, and cost estimates to help clients evaluate options and provide solutions.
  • Project management duties, including developing and executing project scope, budget, schedule, quality, safety, and client expectations.
  • Lead oversight of construction and preparation of construction quality assurance (CQA) reports.
  • Internal and External Oral Presentations.
  • Training / mentoring staff.
  • Developing new and maintaining existing client and regulatory relationships.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related engineering program from an accredited university.
  • PE license.
  • 7 years of civil or environmental engineering experience.
  • Experience overseeing construction and strong understanding of construction methods and procedures preferred.
  • Project management or assistant project management experience preferred.
  • Available for travel as necessary (approximately 10% travel).
  • Strong knowledge in standard civil engineering techniques and procedures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, facilitation, team building, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills.
