About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Lawn and Landscape Professional to join our team at The Grounds Guys. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to lawn and landscape maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform landscape maintenance duties, including mowing, fertilizer application, weed control, aeration, and other related tasks.
  • Operate a variety of mechanical equipment, such as bed edgers, commercial mowers, blowers, and dump trailers.
  • Perform landscape enhancement activities, including mulch application, plantings, topsoil application, and lawn seeding.
  • Address clients' questions and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare daily team performance reports to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
