Hotel Banquet Setup/Houseman

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Banquet Houseperson to join our team at PM Hotel Group. As a Banquet Houseperson, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our banquets and events. Your primary responsibility will be to set up, clean, and break down banquets to the specifications of our guests. You will also be responsible for supplying and replenishing meeting rooms with clean glasses and fresh water.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up all banquets to the specifications of the guest
Break down and clean up banquets at the conclusion of the event
Supply and replenish meeting rooms with clean glasses and fresh water

Requirements:

We are looking for someone with at least one month of related experience. You must have a passion for customer service and be able to work with others seamlessly. This means you have no problem collaborating within a diverse team dynamic and working calmly under pressure.

Work Environment:

This is not a job where you sit behind a desk. Be prepared to move around because more than half of the time you will be standing/sitting, carrying/lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending/twisting, climbing stairs and more. You also must be able to accommodate varying schedules including nights, weekends and holidays.
