Job Summary

At Carhartt, we're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our Direct to Consumer retail team. As a brand ambassador, you will embody the core values and heritage of our brand, inspiring hardworking people and delivering exceptional consumer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enthusiastically promote the Carhartt brand by being an ambassador for our company, ensuring actions align with our corporate mission and values.
  • Deliver the ultimate retail consumer experience with every interaction, providing a genuine connection and personalized service.
  • Execute Visual Merchandising and Visual Standards to ensure product is properly displayed, contributing to a visually appealing store environment.
  • Engage with the team by contributing positively and collaboratively, bringing your best to work every day.
  • Actively participate in performance and talent management processes, including development, training, coaching, and feedback.
  • Support leadership by upholding operational standards and working safely, adhering to all company policies and procedures.
  • Work as a team member to achieve/exceed overall store revenue goals, identifying sales opportunities and driving sales through exceptional consumer experiences.
  • Support execution of community engagement events and assist Store Leaders in growing brand awareness in the community.
Requirements
  • No minimum degree required.
  • Previous retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent organization, prioritization, and communication skills.
  • Exceptional team and collaboration skills.
  • Strong PC skills: POS Systems and Microsoft Office.
