Aquatic Instructor Position

We are seeking a qualified Aquatic Instructor to join our team at the Augustus Brown Swimming Pool in Juneau, AK. As an Aquatic Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching swimming lessons to students of all ages and skill levels.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach swimming lessons to students of all ages and skill levels
  • Develop and implement lesson plans to meet the needs of students
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback
  • Maintain a safe and organized learning environment
Requirements:
  • American Red Cross certification as a Water Safety Instructor
  • Experience teaching swimming lessons to students of all ages and skill levels
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
