About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Grill Cook to join our team at Mo' Bettahs - Utah. As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking our meats to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meats to order, ensuring they are cooked to the correct temperature and presented to our high standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized grill area, including proper storage and labeling of food items.
• Monitor food inventory and notify management when supplies are running low.
• Ensure that all food items are cooked to the appropriate temperature and served in a timely manner.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handling and storage of raw meats and other ingredients.
• Assist with cleaning and maintenance tasks in the kitchen as needed.

Requirements

• At least 16 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Working Conditions

The position requires qualified individuals to see, hear, and speak (verbally and audibly). Required to ascend and descend stairs; sit and stand for extended periods of time, lift up to 30 pounds, bend, stoop, and kneel. May be required to work outside in various weather conditions. May be required to work on a computer for extended periods of time, including viewing the screen, using a mouse, manipulating a keyboard with hands, and reaching with arms. May be asked to drive or travel by car, air, or other transportation for business purposes. Must be able to function effectively in a fast-paced working environment. Must be able to report to work responsive, free from sedatives, and in a non-sedative state. Must disclose prescribed and/or over-the-counter pharmaceuticals that may impair or affect the ability to perform the job's essential functions. Natural and regular stressors occur on the job.
