Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at Blue Sky Therapy. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and compassionate individual to work in a dynamic environment providing quality rehabilitation services.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive treatment to patients under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
  • Assist in identifying appropriate patients and referring them to rehabilitation programs.
  • Document patient progress on weekly progress notes and obtain the co-signature of the supervising PT.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must be a graduate of an accredited college with an Associate's degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an institution recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). You should also hold a current license or registration as a Physical Therapist Assistant in your state, as applicable.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a benefits package that includes flexible scheduling, employee assistance programs, and opportunities for professional growth and development. We also provide H1B sponsorship for eligible candidates.
