Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team at Enhance Therapies. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive company culture, providing quality rehabilitation services to patients in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations based on medical orders.
  • Document findings on standardized evaluation forms in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, including long-term and short-term goals, frequency, duration, and treatment modalities.
  • Ensure medical orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, recertifications, and discharges.
  • Provide comprehensive treatment to patients, utilizing various modalities and modifying treatment as needed.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., MA, or M.S. or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy recognized by the AOTA.
  • Recognized by the NBCOT as a designated OTR (if state mandated).
  • Current license and/or registration as an Occupational Therapist in-state as applicable.
