**About the Role:**

We're seeking a skilled Tire Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing expert tire installation, maintenance, and repair services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Tire Installation: Install new tires and wheels on a variety of vehicles, ensuring proper fitment and safety.
2. Tire Maintenance: Perform routine tire rotations, balancing, and repairs to extend the lifespan of our customers' tires.
3. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
4. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales goals, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and support fellow team members as needed.

Requirements:

• Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and move freely around the store.
• Attention to Detail: Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail when performing tire installations and maintenance.
• Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers, team members, and management.
