The Clinical Nurse - Resource Team maintains clinical and professional expertise relevant to the patient demographics served.
Availability to provide nursing services across all patient care areas of expertise is essential.
The practice of a registered nurse is directed by the ANA Code of Ethics for Nurses with Interpretive Statements.

Physical Requirements
This role necessitates walking, standing, sitting, lifting, reaching, stooping, bending, pushing, and pulling. Candidates must be capable of lifting and supporting weights of up to 35 pounds in handling patients, medical equipment, and supplies. Proficiency in English communication is required. Candidates should possess intact senses of sight, hearing, smell, and touch, along with finger dexterity.
Critical thinking and the ability to focus are essential. Candidates must be able to respond promptly to changes in patient and/or unit conditions. Physical Abilities Testing is mandatory.
Education, Experience, and Certifications
Graduation from an accredited School of Professional Nursing is required. A minimum of one year of nursing experience in a specialty area is necessary. BLS certification is mandatory.
A valid, active, unencumbered Nursing license approved by the relevant state licensing boards is required.
Additional education, training, certifications, or experience may be mandated within the department by the nursing leader.

Demonstrates understanding of growth and development principles and possesses the skills and competencies appropriate to the ages, cultures, developmental stages, and special needs of the patient population served.
