Key Responsibilities:
• Assess patients' physical abilities and develop tailored rehabilitation plans
• Provide age-appropriate education to patients and caregivers on physical therapy techniques and exercises
• Supervise and assume responsibility for care provided by team members
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements:
• Master's or Doctorate Level Degree in Physical Therapy
• 1 year of experience required for Resource Pool applicants
• Direct Access certification within one year of hire for those with a BS or MS degree
