Role Summary

In the role of Senior Director of Landing Page & Conversion Strategy, you will spearhead the design, enhancement, and ongoing optimization of our digital funnels. Your expertise will be vital in crafting high-impact landing pages, leveraging your profound understanding of consumer behavior, exceptional copywriting abilities, and proficiency in user experience design. Collaborating closely with our executive team, designers, and developers, you will have the authority to shape our conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategy, ensuring that every interaction within our funnel is meticulously optimized for peak performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Funnel Development & Enhancement: Direct the creation and refinement of landing pages and sales funnels, ensuring alignment with direct-response marketing strategies and optimized for conversion.
  • Consumer Insights & Messaging: Utilize market research and analytics to develop persuasive messaging that addresses customer pain points and drives engagement.
  • Persuasive Copywriting: Craft compelling, conversion-oriented copy that encapsulates our brand identity and resonates with our target demographic.
  • User Experience Design & Collaboration: Work alongside designers and developers to produce landing pages that are visually engaging and optimized for user interaction.
  • Testing & Continuous Improvement: Establish a robust testing and optimization framework to enhance funnel performance, employing data-driven insights to inform decisions.
  • Innovative Solutions: Continuously explore creative strategies to enhance our sales pages, whether through long-form content or novel offers, with a focus on delivering outstanding results.
  • Strategic Direction: Partner with leadership to define and implement a comprehensive CRO strategy aimed at scaling our digital growth through innovative funnel and landing page methodologies.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in direct-to-consumer eCommerce, with a proven record in landing page funnel development and optimization.
  • Advanced skills in persuasive copywriting and user experience design, capable of producing compelling, conversion-focused content.
  • In-depth knowledge of consumer psychology and its application in driving conversions.
  • Experience in leading teams or collaborating closely with designers and developers to realize concepts.
  • A data-driven approach with a commitment to testing, optimizing, and enhancing performance.
