Job Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Psychiatric Care Specialist to join our team at Senior Doc. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide personalized mental health care to seniors in the comfort of their own homes, assisted living facilities, and nursing homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments for elderly patients, evaluating mental health status, cognitive function, and behavioral concerns.
  • Develop and implement individualized mental health care plans addressing conditions such as depression, anxiety, dementia, and other geriatric psychiatric disorders.
  • Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications, monitoring patients for side effects, interactions, and treatment efficacy.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
  • Provide crisis intervention and mental health education for patients and their families.

Requirements:

  • Dual License preferred (Family and Psychiatric Practice)
