HonorHealth is seeking a highly skilled Patient Safety Program Manager to join our Quality Improvement Division. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in reducing the risk of harm to patients and improving clinical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide consultative services to local and network leaders, physicians, and staff to identify and mitigate patient safety risks.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to improve patient safety, quality of work, quality of care, and clinical quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with external experts to identify best practices and stay up-to-date on national patient safety benchmarking.
- Facilitate education and training on patient safety improvement concepts and processes to all levels of the organization.
- Act as a subject matter expert for Communication and Resolution Program and mentor new PSQI Consultants.
- Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Care discipline or Engineering.
- 3 years clinical or healthcare-related experience and/or 1 year quality/performance improvement experience.
