Key Responsibilities

As a Kitchen Sanitation Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within our kitchen. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring all dishware, utensils, and glassware are impeccably clean and sanitized.
  • Providing essential support to Cooks, Bussers, Bartenders, and Servers.
  • Maintaining a clean, dry, and safe working environment for all staff.
  • Building and nurturing positive relationships with your colleagues.
  • Acting as a representative of our restaurant by delivering friendly and authentic service.

Daily Tasks

  • Safely operate all kitchen and dishwashing equipment.
  • Hand wash dishes, glassware, and utensils as required.
  • Keep the kitchen area organized and free from hazards.
  • Restock supplies and manage deliveries efficiently.
  • Regularly dispose of trash and maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
  • Assist fellow team members with various tasks as needed.
  • Be prepared to take on additional responsibilities to support the team.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Food Handler Certification is required.
  • Demonstrated dedication and a strong work ethic.
  • Able to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
