Skilled Tradesperson

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Anerrows LLC. The ideal candidate will have expertise in drywall, framing, painting, and plumbing, with a strong focus on maintaining and repairing facilities to ensure they are in top condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect work orders from the vendor manager promptly
• Travel to job sites on time
• Communicate effectively with both facility clients and the office vendor manager to ensure everyone is aligned
• Perform drywall installation and repair
• Carry out framing installation and repair
• Complete painting tasks, including surface preparation, painting, and finishing
• Handle plumbing tasks, including the installation and repair of pipes, fixtures, and appliances
• Inspect facilities to identify maintenance needs and report them to the office vendor manager, along with an accurate quote for budget estimation
• Develop and implement maintenance plans on schedule
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license
• Relevant certifications (preferred and prioritized)
• Willingness to travel up to 50 miles
• Proven experience as a Handyman
• Proficiency in drywall, framing, painting, and plumbing
• Additional skills will be prioritized
• Ability to operate hand and power tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation:

$20 - $60 per hour (depending on experience and expertise)
