- Anticipate, plan, and discuss patient needs with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Ensure appropriateness and timeliness of medical interventions and ancillary services.
- Oversee clinical documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with payers to ensure pre-certification and concurrent certification.
- Monitor resource management and cost-effectiveness of care.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited Nursing program.
- Varied clinical experience.
- Experience in Quality, Case Management, Utilization Review, or similar field preferred.
- Valid and active RN licensure in the state of Tennessee.
- Shift: Day.
- On Call: Yes.
