Job Summary

The University of Illinois Foundation is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Digital Engagement Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Donor Services department, you will be responsible for planning and executing a multi-channel digital engagement and outreach program to support the University of Illinois units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital engagement strategy to enhance donor outreach and retention.
  • Collaborate with University advancement units to understand their donor outreach needs and provide expert guidance on best practices.
  • Build and test digital platforms using UIF's current engagement platform, Vanilla Soft, to ensure seamless user experience.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to units, responding to their needs in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Act as a liaison between University advancement units and Foundation resources to define information needed for successful digital outreach programs.
  • Track and analyze performance reports to suggest changes and build additional strategies for higher donor engagement.
  • Create documentation to support the use of UIF digital engagement platforms and train Engagement Center SDRs in Digital Outreach Programs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or information management.
  • Proven ability to develop productive relationships with diverse groups and individuals within an organization.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and ability to work on a tight deadline.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and exercise independent judgment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project management experience and/or analytical experience.
  • Familiarity with University of Illinois structure and advancement activities.
  • Familiarity with new applications and databases.
