Qualifications:

  • 3-20 years of experience in credit management and account resolution.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong grasp of financial documentation and credit evaluations.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid business insight and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Quick adaptability to new systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee collection efforts for major and complex accounts.
  • Analyze collection metrics and identify patterns.
  • Evaluate credit-held orders and suggest credit extensions.
  • Address short payments, disputes, and billing discrepancies.
  • Adhere to credit protocols to release orders on hold.
  • Conduct customer assessments and recommend credit limits.
  • Monitor account aging and establish collection objectives.
  • Support various projects and initiatives as needed.


Compensation Details: $24.50 per hour
