Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Coach to join our team at Hospitality Syracuse Inc. As an Area Coach, you will provide leadership and support to our Restaurant General Managers, ensuring they meet or exceed their annual operating plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide coaching and direction to Restaurant General Managers and Assistant General Managers on a day-to-day basis.
  • Establish and review unit-specific performance targets in guest service, margin improvement, and employee satisfaction.
  • Reinforce company standards in food safety, product, and facility specifications.
  • Select, train, develop, and motivate managerial employees.
  • Directly perform hands-on operational work as necessary to train new managerial employees, respond to customer service needs, or role model skills and behaviors.
Requirements
  • Strong preference for internal promotion from Restaurant General Manager or Management Trainee position.
  • Associates or undergraduate degree or equivalent Taco Bell/industry experience.
  • 6-8 years of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment.
  • Thorough knowledge of Taco Bell performance metrics, product specifications, and management systems.
  • Technically proficient in all aspects of food preparation, production, and delivery.
  • Demonstrated track record of workplace achievement in the selection, coaching, and development of managerial employees.
  • Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance, and employee satisfaction.
