We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Barback to join our team at Kent Island Resort. As a Barback, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our bar area, providing exceptional service to our guests, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

• Provide excellent service to all guests who approach the bar, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
• Keep the bar area clean and stocked at all times, adhering to Board of Health Standards.
• Assist the Bartender with various duties, including consolidating and rotating alcohol, restocking glassware and bar groceries, and checking inventory.
• Communicate effectively with the MOD and other team members to ensure seamless service and efficient operations.
• Participate in mandatory events and holidays, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting up to 75 pounds and manually pushing up to 650 pounds.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced setting.
