**Job Summary**

The Laundry and Linen Distribution Manager plays a critical role in ensuring an adequate supply of clean linen for all areas of the hospital. This includes interacting with both the processing plant and hospital personnel to coordinate logistics and meet the needs of our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assigning duties to linen distribution staff
  • Maintaining records for department attendance, production efficiencies, and linen tracking
  • Inspecting laundered items to ensure compliance with OSHA and JCAHO recommendations
  • Contacting hospital departments to obtain feedback and information regarding linen services

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent work experience
  • At least one year of experience in laundry/linen or a related field with high customer/client contact
  • Ability to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentations

**Estimated Salary:** $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
