Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Lead Esthetician to join our team at Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for overseeing the Esthetics Department and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Esthetics Department, including training and coaching staff
- Responsible for achieving Esthetics and Retail Sales Goals
- Monitor professional and retail product inventory and supply usage
- Provide top-level services to members and guests
- Participate in training programs and conferences for professional growth
Qualifications
- Strong retail and sales upgrade record
- Experienced Esthetician with previous experience performing facials, microdermabrasion, waxing, and other skin care services
- Must carry liability insurance
- Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product lines as it relates to Estheticians
