Key Responsibilities:
As a nursing professional, you will:
- Deliver high-quality care to residents based on individualized care plans.
- Supervise and guide nursing personnel within your unit.
- Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and facility policies.
Qualifications:
Education and Certification:
For LPN: Completion of an accredited LPN or LVN program; current state licensure; CPR certification is mandatory.
For RN: Minimum ASN degree from an accredited nursing institution; active RN licensure in the state; CPR certification is essential.
Skills & Requirements:
Candidates must possess:
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Engagement in community health initiatives.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience and respect towards residents, especially in challenging situations.
- Ability to make independent decisions when required.
- Capacity to follow nursing department protocols and regulations.
- Physical capability to perform tasks, including lifting and moving residents.
Experience:
A minimum of one year of nursing experience in a healthcare environment is required, with a preference for experience in geriatrics.
Job Types:

Compensation:
