Scope of Work
Under supervision and according to established policies and procedures, performs accurate and efficient diagnostic exams in all areas of general radiology. Radiologic technologists must demonstrate good clinical skills and provide high-quality images for interpretation. They apply principles of radiation protection and comply with regulations.
Qualifications
- Graduate of a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited Radiography program.
- CRT-Radiologic Technologist registration from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT).
- CRT-Basic Life Support certification from either the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross upon hire.
