Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services, including curriculum, clothing, and other offerings.
  • Assist customers with product selection, fitting, and purchasing, as well as provide guidance on product usage and benefits.
  • Operate a point-of-sale terminal, process transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Support store operations, including receiving merchandise, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Collaborate with store leadership to achieve sales goals, manage inventory, and implement visual merchandising displays.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for fellow team members, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Associate degree or high school diploma and 2 years of customer service experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to complete internal customer service training within one month of hire.
  • Intermediate math, reading, computer, and cashiering skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands.
