Tax Associate

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Tax Associate to join our tax services team. This role is essential in delivering exceptional client service and fostering strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate will be committed to providing high-quality tax compliance and consulting services to a diverse clientele, including individuals, partnerships, trusts, and corporations across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive tax compliance and advisory services.
• Review and analyze complex tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, estates, and trusts.
• Focus on achieving project objectives and timelines.
• Conduct thorough research on tax-related topics of moderate complexity.
• Build and nurture client relationships while identifying opportunities for additional services.
• Support the development and mentoring of junior tax staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting is required.
• CPA certification or eligibility is preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on tax is preferred.
• Experience in personnel management is a plus.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities are essential.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CCH Axcess, and QuickBooks is expected.
