Role Summary:

The Production Technician is responsible for the setup, maintenance, and operation of sophisticated manufacturing equipment. This role is crucial for ensuring the seamless operation of the production facility while adhering to industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain bio-pharmaceutical manufacturing machinery, including:
  • single-use mixers, cleaning and sanitization equipment, washers, autoclaves, and environmental monitoring tools.
  • Monitor critical process parameters, troubleshoot issues during production, and propose solutions to management.
  • Enhance unit operations to improve product quality, safety, and process efficiency.
  • Develop and implement new techniques while adhering to standard operating procedures.
  • Review completed Production Records for accuracy and compliance with good manufacturing practices (GMP).
  • Utilize MS Office tools and enterprise systems effectively.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and filter production-scale buffer and media solutions.
  • Operate specialized production equipment, including glass washers and stainless steel tanks.
  • Weigh and verify raw materials, assemble and clean processing equipment, and monitor production processes.
