Tact Staff is currently seeking a dedicated travel nurse specializing in Medical Surgical for an exciting opportunity.

Position Overview & Requirements

We are looking for experienced Registered Nurses to fill Float positions, particularly in Orthopedic units. Ideal candidates should possess Med Surg/Telemetry experience along with some Orthopedic knowledge. Familiarity with EPIC is essential, and a valid nursing license is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
  • Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, with the ability to manage patient loads effectively.
  • Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Work Environment:

  • Patient ratios typically range from 1:5 to 1:6, with occasional increases based on patient acuity.
  • Charge nurses are present on every unit, with designated responsibilities.
  • Weekend and holiday shifts are part of the rotation.
