We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Surgical Technologist to join our team at USPI. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our operating rooms and providing exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and maintain a sterile field during surgical procedures, adhering to strict aseptic technique and protocols.
- Assist surgeons and other medical staff with patient care, ensuring the highest level of patient safety and comfort.
- Operate and maintain surgical equipment, including sterilizers and autoclaves.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure efficient and effective surgical procedures.
- Document patient care and surgical procedures accurately and thoroughly.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; completion of a Scrub Technician Certification Program preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in an operating room setting as a Scrub Tech.
- BLS Certification required.
