Qualifications and Skills
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience as a bartender is preferred.
  • Multitasking: Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
  • Availability: Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Certifications: Additional training such as TIPS Training, Food Handler, Serve Safe Training or any other certification in bartending is a plus.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects (such as cases of liquor or beer).
