Key Responsibilities- Assess patients' medical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
- Administer medications and provide medical care in accordance with regulatory guidelines and professional standards
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Participate in multidisciplinary treatment teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Collaborate with registered nurses and physicians to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
- Current valid license to practice as an LPN in Arizona with no restrictions
- One year of nursing experience in a behavioral health care setting or experience working with a psychiatric population in a group home or residential facility
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and multitasking skills
