Job Summary:

Shields Health is seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team. As an MRI Technologist, you will be responsible for operating MRI equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and collaborate with world-renowned healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
  • Position patients for optimal image quality and comfort.
  • Administer intravenous contrast as needed.
  • Complete all forms and records related to patient exams.
  • Record patient data and forward it to radiologists for review.
  • Assist clerical staff as needed.
  • Clean and maintain equipment and rooms.

Requirements:
  • MRI/ARRT/CPR certifications.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Prior MRI scanning experience.
  • Ability to sit and use a computer for extended periods.
  • Ability to assist patients with mobility difficulties.
