Job Overview

Join Select Portfolio Servicing, Inc. as a Corporate Advance Control Specialist and play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial data. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reconciling bank accounts, tracking loan level activities, and maintaining databases to ensure the integrity of our financial reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reconcile bank accounts and cash received on incoming and outgoing loan transfers to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Track and analyze loan level activities to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Maintain and configure databases used in the process to ensure accuracy of reports and wires.
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting requests from management to support business decisions.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of mortgage industry experience.
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, and SQL.
  • Ability to handle stress and multiple projects with competing interest for time.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with multiple departments in solving cross-departmental issues.
