We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Ticket Writer to join our team at Island View Casino Resort. As a Ticket Writer, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and promoting our gaming products.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service that exceeds our customers' expectations and promotes our brand.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Contribute to the development of sports book action plans and promote innovative betting offers.
• Resolve customer complaints and difficult situations in a calm and patient manner.
• Promote products and services confidently and effectively.
• Perform various tasks and follow procedures correctly as required.
• Obtain and maintain a Mississippi Gaming Permit.
