Job Purpose:
The Assembler will operate and utilize manufacturing tools and equipment while adhering to established protocols to efficiently produce high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:
The following duties are essential functions of the role and may include, but are not limited to:
1. Assist in the assembly and fabrication of filtration products according to specifications.
2. Conduct quality inspections in line with established standards and procedures.
3. Complete necessary documentation and paperwork.
4. Perform tasks such as sealing, sleeving, bagging, and boxing products.
5. Follow instructions and perform tasks as directed by supervisors and leads.
6. Meet production targets and maintain a pace consistent with machine operators.
7. Ensure a clean and safe working environment.
8. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the product line within the division.
9. Adhere to the 5S methodology for workplace organization.

Tools Utilized:
The role involves the use of various tools, including:
- Scissors
- Sandpaper
- Staple gun
- Sealing gun
- Tape measure (both standard and metric)
- Box cutter
- Pallet jack
- Pneumatic scissors

Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position does not include supervisory duties.

Qualifications:
The following qualifications are necessary for successful performance in this role:
- Entry-level position; job-specific training will be provided.
- Preferred experience of three to six months in a production assembly environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting work instructions, safety protocols, and operational manuals.
- Basic mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Capability to read a standard tape measure.
- Problem-solving skills to address practical challenges in various situations.
- Ability to interpret diverse instructions presented in written, oral, or diagrammatic forms.

Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Relevant experience or training, or a combination of education and experience.

Physical Demands:
The physical requirements for this position include:
- Standing for extended periods.
- Bending, stooping, walking, kneeling, crouching, carrying, and climbing.
- Manual dexterity for handling tools and materials.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing between 1 to 20 pounds frequently, and occasionally up to 40 pounds.
- Working from elevated platforms or ladders.
- Specific vision capabilities, including close vision and depth perception.

Work Environment:
The work environment may involve exposure to:
- Moving mechanical parts.
- Fumes or airborne particles.
- Moderate to high noise levels.
