The Operations Supervisor will oversee the comprehensive operations and is accountable for the efficient and successful management of workforce, productivity, quality assurance, and safety protocols as defined by the Operations Division. The qualified operations supervisor will guarantee safe and effective operations. Act as a representative of the organization on client matters. Improve operational procedures, systems, and principles in the realms of information management, business processes, enhanced reporting, and seek opportunities for system expansion.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage operational frameworks, processes, and infrastructure while identifying opportunities for enhancement or modification.
  • Proactively assess operational and tactical risks and provide strategic solutions.
  • Contribute significantly to long-term planning, project status updates, and the implementation of change control processes.
  • Oversee and report on metrics weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually.
  • Identify trends and evaluate opportunities to refine processes and execution.
  • Oversee staffing levels, compensation, hours, and contract labor in relation to revenue.
  • Demonstrate the ability to anticipate client needs, adapt goals and direction swiftly, and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proven experience supervising teams of 15 or more employees.
  • Collaborate with home office team members to ensure seamless business operations, foster positive morale, and uphold organizational values.
  • Work with transitions and onboarding teams as necessary.
  • Identify and address issues and conflicts, eliminate barriers, resolve medium complexity problems involving stakeholders, and escalate as needed.
  • Oversee daily activities of assigned locations, ensuring cleanliness of all offices, common areas, restrooms, and public spaces.
  • Act as the primary contact for customer issues related to equipment quality, service, or incidents on-site.
  • Establish and maintain credible, professional relationships with clients, internal business units, and external vendors.
  • Solicit and respond to feedback while gaining commitment and support.
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and conduct.
  • Collaborate closely with the management team to ensure all operational, administrative, and compliance functions are executed properly.
  • Coordinate, schedule, and execute all special project work for assigned locations.
