Home Health Occupational Therapist Opportunity in Arizona

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team at Interim HealthCare, the nation's first home care company. As a Home Health OT, you will play a vital role in helping patients regain their independence and perform daily tasks following illness or injury.

About the Role:
  • Provide personalized therapy to patients in their homes, focusing on functional mobility and rehabilitation.
  • Collaborate with a healthcare team to implement a comprehensive care plan, prioritizing patient-centered outcomes.
  • Assess patient needs, establish therapy goals, and document progress, utilizing creative strategies and adaptive equipment.
  • Educate patients and families on self-care and exercise techniques to promote long-term recovery.
Requirements:
  • Current licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state of Arizona.
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist program.
  • CPR Certification (demonstration course required).
  • Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.
