- Provide high-quality clinical home care to medically fragile children, including nursing assessments, medication management, and wound care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.

- Conduct thorough patient assessments, identifying areas for improvement and implementing evidence-based interventions.

Requirements:
