- Deliver thorough medical care to elderly patients, encompassing diagnosis, treatment, and preventive healthcare.
- Formulate and execute personalized treatment strategies for senior patients.
- Evaluate and track patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Provide educational resources and counseling to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Maintain precise and comprehensive patient documentation.
- Perform additional duties as required.
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or Geriatrics.
- Valid medical license to practice in California.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
