About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Hillcrest Commons Extended Care. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, mobility, and personal hygiene.
  • Monitor and report changes in resident condition, including symptoms, reactions, and other changes in condition.
  • Document all ADLs in electronic health records and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Assist in maintaining a safe, neat, and clean environment, including adhering to infection control and standard precautions procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Graduate of an accredited state nurse aide training program.
  • Certified Nursing Assistant certification required.
