Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Custodial Worker to join our team at Aerotek. As a Custodial Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our office facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain offices, hallways, and other assigned common areas.
  • Remove municipal and medical waste from accumulation areas and deliver to disposal containers.
  • Clean and maintain corridors, stairways, entrance ways, sidewalks, and other facility areas.
  • Order, receive, restock, and maintain supplies for daily use in work areas.
  • Respond to and take action in emergency situations involving floods and spills.
  • Perform isolation procedures and other related duties as directed.
  • Set up and remove special equipment and furniture in rooms.
  • Operate power and manual floor cleaning equipment following established departmental procedures.
  • Maintain all equipment used in daily operation.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of custodial experience.
  • Ability to operate industrial cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
  • Ability to problem solve and understand and explain job expectations and duties.
  • Exhibit a kind and friendly manner in communication with others and ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
