Responsibilities- Prioritize and manage incoming calls and backlog.
- Assign and dispatch technicians to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Collaborate with Service Managers to address open calls and ensure preventative maintenance is completed on schedule.
- Respond to customer inquiries and maintain proactive communication regarding missed SLAs.
- Review and verify nightly on-call crew entries.
- Strong computer skills, including Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and stay calm under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sense of urgency and a can-do attitude.
- Reliable and dependable, with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
