Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care, ensuring seamless transitions between departments.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and families, providing education and support throughout the care process.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid Registered Nurse License (Washington) or Compact License.
  • Basic Life Support certification.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification (desired).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills.
