Superintendent (Commercial Construction)

We are seeking a self-motivated team player to join our team as a Superintendent. As a key member of our construction team, you will oversee company self-performed work, subcontractors, scheduling, and field safety training.
The ideal candidate will have at least seven years of construction field experience with an increasing level of responsibility. A four-year engineering, construction management, or related degree is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing company self-performed work and subcontractors
- Scheduling and material management
- Field safety training and inspection
- Coordinating with the Project Manager and Vice President
