Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with clients to comprehend their requirements and offer suitable solutions.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications through calls and emails to assist clients with inquiries, estimates, and issues.
  • Follow up with clients via calls and emails to ensure satisfaction.
  • Accurately input client information into the database.
  • Daily update of inbound repair unit data into the system.
  • Evaluate client feedback to identify areas for service enhancement.
  • Communicate professionally and amicably with clients and internal teams.
  • Assist in resolving client complaints or concerns promptly.
  • Maintain a high standard of phone etiquette during client interactions.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure client needs are addressed.
  • Complete paperwork, share video links with clients, and perform additional assigned tasks.

Compensation: Starting pay is $17/hour, transitioning to a salary after a designated probationary period.

Required Skills:
  • Proficient data entry skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities, including managing challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Capability to assess client needs and provide fitting solutions.
  • Multilingual skills are advantageous.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
