Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Steward/Dishwasher to join our Food and Beverage team. As a Steward/Dishwasher, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our Food and Beverage Outlets.

Responsibilities
  • Sort and wash soiled ware to ensure proper cleaning and storage.
  • Operate the dish machine and maintain it according to hotel standards.
  • Polish and de-tarnish silverware to ensure a high level of quality.
  • Clean kettles, tilt skillets, pots, and pans to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
  • Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of service ware and how to maintain it to complement the guest experience.
  • Ability to push/pull service carts weighing up to 150 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Ability to transport heavy objects through a crowded room with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
