About Us:
Dave & Buster's is different from everywhere else. Our Guest Services Representatives work in a fast-paced environment with distracting conditions, but they must be friendly and able to smile frequently. They will work days, nights, and/or weekends as required and must be able to read and write handwritten notes.

Salary: $14-$16 per hour.

The Job: Our Guest Services Representatives are responsible for keeping immediate supervisors informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance and taking prompt corrective action where necessary. They will ensure that everything is up to standard, including the cleanliness and organization of the Winner's Circle, and properly position and set up displays to increase Guest traffic and promote sales.

Requirements:
  • Maintain a favorable working relationship with all other company Team Members.
  • Be at least 16 years of age.
